PadelLevels provides a service that gives players the ability to monitor their playing level in comparison with other players. The Website accesses match data from multiple sources and uses an algorithm to calculate a 'level' for each player based on their results. Core features include:
These features are referred to collectively as the "Services".
The table below summarises how these Terms apply depending on whether you are an individual user or a club/organisation. Full detail for each provision follows in the sections below.
| Topic | Individual Players | Clubs/Organisations |

| Account & Registration | Must register and provide accurate personal information (name, email address and related payment information) to access essential features, and may submit additional data (DOB, sex/gender, profile photo) on an optional basis. Personal data is password-protected and encrypted. | Clubs/organisations connect to the Website to submit match results, use box leagues, maintain a Community page, or to arrange subscriptions for members. An authorised representative must accept these Terms on the entity's behalf. |
| Free Trial | 30-day free trial available to all users – one trial per user. No payment required during trial. Gold membership granted for the trial period. | Access to the Website is normally made available to clubs/organisations without further charge. No trial period applies as such access is ongoing. |
| Subscription & Pricing | After the trial, choose Gold or Platinum membership, billed monthly or annually. Users who do not subscribe revert to Basic or NGB (national governing body) membership with reduced functionality. NGB members may access discounted rates. Prices include applicable VAT; payments processed via Stripe. PadelLevels may increase prices with reasonable advance notice. | Clubs/organisations may purchase subscriptions for individual players/members via a redemption process. |
| Duration & Renewal | Subscriptions run for one month or one year from the start date. Automatically renews at the same price unless cancelled. Cancel at any time via the membership page or your bank; current period continues until natural expiry. | Club/organisations access continues as long as the arrangement with PadelLevels remains in place. Where an NGB agreement changes or ends, subscription entitlements may change at the end of the current period with reasonable advance notice. |
| Refunds & Cancellation | Users outside the US may cancel within 14 days for a full refund, provided they have not used the Services as a subscriber during that period. No refund for failure to cancel a rolling subscription. If PadelLevels terminates (other than for breach), a pro-rata refund may apply. | Clubs/organisations access is provided free of charge; no refund provisions apply in the same way. PadelLevels may suspend or withdraw club/organisation access with or without notice for business or operational reasons. |
| Permitted Use | Personal, non-commercial use only. Must not share login credentials. Must not copy, scrape or redistribute or misuse Services or content. Must not use Services to attract others to buy goods or services from you or anyone else. | Clubs/organisations may use the Services for legitimate club/organisational purposes (submitting results, managing leagues, community pages). Must not share login credentials. Must not copy, scrape, redistribute, or misuse Services or content. Must ensure all members who access the site via the club's connection comply with these Terms. |
| Content & IP | You retain ownership of content you upload but grant PadelLevels a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for the purposes of providing the Services and promoting padel. You may delete content or close your account, except match result data is retained in perpetuity to ensure availability of historical data and to maintain algorithm integrity, including after termination. | Clubs/organisations retain ownership of match data and other content they submit. PadelLevels receives a limited licence to use that data solely to provide the Services. Match results submitted by or on behalf of a club/organisation are retained by PadelLevels in perpetuity to ensure availability of historical data and for purposes of algorithm integrity including after the organisation's relationship with PadelLevels ends. Match data may be shared with specified third-party federation or software partners where necessary to provide the Services – see clause 8. All intellectual property in the PadelLevels Website remains with PadelLevels or its licensors. |
| Liability | PadelLevels's maximum liability is capped at the amount you have paid for the Services. No liability for indirect or consequential loss. PadelLevels is not responsible for decisions made based on ratings or rankings data. | Maximum aggregate liability is limited to £100 (access to the Website being provided without further charge). No liability for indirect or consequential loss. Content is provided for general information only; clubs and organisations should not rely on it without specialist advice. |
| Data Protection | Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with PadelLevels's Privacy Policy. Personalisation of data, activity and similar-user information can be used to tailor individual experience. | The Privacy Policy also applies to personal data processed in relation to club/organisation accounts. Both PadelLevels and connected clubs/organisations are expected to maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect any data processed in connection with the Services. Clubs are responsible for ensuring their members are aware of how their data is used. Match data submitted by clubs may be shared with specified third-party federation or software partners where necessary to provide the Services, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. |

You can visit certain parts of the Website without disclosing personal information. However, to start a free trial, purchase a subscription, participate in competitions or message features, vote in polls, subscribe to newsletters, or participate in online forums or communities, you must register and provide accurate information about yourself.
The types of information that may be collected include: name, e-mail address, nationality, telephone/mobile number, sex/gender and date of birth. We collect these details in order to:
Your personal information is password-protected. Passwords are stored encrypted and cannot be recovered. We recommend you do not share your password with anyone.
By subscribing to and paying for the Services you agree that you are entering into a legally binding contract with PadelLevels. The contract is conditional on the transaction being authorised by your card issuer. If authorised, your account will be activated. Your access to the Services is at all times subject to these Terms and Conditions.
PadelLevels offers a 30-day free trial to all individual users (one trial period only). No payment is required; Gold membership is granted for the duration of the free trial. At the end of the trial, users may subscribe to Gold or Platinum membership on a monthly or annual basis.
Users who do not subscribe will default to Basic or NGB (national governing body) membership, which provides access to the Services with reduced functionality.
NGB membership is provided to affiliated members of a national governing body or federation and includes access to some enhanced features and discounted premium subscription options. Where the relevant NGB agreement or your membership of that body changes or ends, the subscription you are offered may change at the end of your then-current subscription period. We will give reasonable advance notice of any resulting price increases.
Prices include applicable VAT, assessed based on your location via the Stripe payment gateway. PadelLevels reserves the right to increase subscription prices, taxes, or introduce new fees with reasonable advance notice. Our prices only cover access to the Services; communications and access costs remain your responsibility.
Your subscription runs for one full year or one full month from the start date and renews automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the membership page or by contacting your bank. On cancellation, your current subscription will continue until it naturally expires, after which your membership will revert to Basic or NGB level at no further charge.
If you are resident outside the United States, you may be entitled to a full refund within 14 days (the "Cooling-off Period"), provided you have not logged in or otherwise used the Services as a subscriber during that period. No refunds will be given for failure to cancel a rolling subscription.
PadelLevels may suspend and/or terminate this agreement with immediate effect by written notice if you commit a material breach of these Terms (including any breach of clauses 2 or 6). PadelLevels may also terminate on one calendar month's written notice for any other reason. If PadelLevels suspends or terminates other than for your breach, you may receive a pro-rata refund for any unused prepaid period.
padel clubs, venues, and other league or tournament organisers may connect with and make use of the PadelLevels Website and Services in order to:
Where clubs purchase subscriptions for individual players/members, they will be granted access through an agreed redemption process. Once activated, all Individual Terms and Conditions will apply to that player's use of the Services.
PadelLevels reserves the right to amend the nature and extent of the Services at any time. You are responsible for maintaining all hardware and software necessary to access and view the Services.
The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. From time to time we may need to close the Website for upgrades or maintenance; we will keep this to a minimum. PadelLevels will carry out the Services with reasonable care and skill.
You can contact PadelLevels for technical support, subscription queries, or any other reason via info@padellevels.io or through the contact form on the Website. Please have your name and registered e-mail address ready so we can identify your account. We aim to reply within one working day, though may exceed this during busy periods.
Any notice from PadelLevels will be sent to the most recent e-mail address we hold for you.
The design, text, graphics, images and other content on the Website are subject to the intellectual property rights of PadelLevels and others. Except as expressly permitted, you agree that you will:
We reserve the right to monitor the Website for unauthorised or harmful conduct and to take appropriate action, including suspension of Services or termination of accounts, without prior notice.
You may use this Website only for lawful purposes. You must not use this Website:
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you submit is accurate (where facts are stated), genuinely held (where opinions are given), and complies with all applicable laws.
You may submit information about matches you have played with other registered users. You acknowledge that other users (including players and competition organisers) may also submit details about matches involving you.
Content you submit must not:
We reserve the right to remove any content that, in our opinion, does not comply with these standards, and to disclose your identity to any third party claiming that your content violates their rights.
You retain ownership of any content you upload, share or post on this Website. However, you grant PadelLevels a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to host, use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute and display your content for the purposes of: (a) providing this Website; (b) creating and providing the PadelLevels and related services; and (c) fostering and growing the sport of padel worldwide.
You may delete content you have submitted or close your account at any time. When you do, your content will no longer be visible to others, but we may retain a copy where required by law or for our legitimate business purposes.
Match results data submitted to PadelLevels, whether provided by individual players, clubs or organisations, are retained by PadelLevels in perpetuity to ensure availability of historical results and maintain the integrity of the PadelLevels rating algorithm. This right of retention survives the termination or expiry of any individual subscription, club connection or other arrangement with PadelLevels, and continues indefinitely. When submitting match results (or enabling others to submit them on your behalf), you are deemed to acknowledge their perpetual use and retention.
Where a club or organisation submits match data or other content to PadelLevels, that club or organisation retains ownership of that data. PadelLevels receives a limited, royalty-free licence to use such data only to the extent necessary to provide the Services, including calculating ratings and rankings, operating the PadelLevels Website, and fulfilling obligations to other relevant governing bodies or sports federation partners.
PadelLevels may sub-licence match data to specified third parties, such as national or continental sports federations and software integration partners, where this is necessary to deliver the Services. Any such sub-licensing will be for compatible purposes only and will be subject to appropriate data protection obligations.
Except for the rights you retain in your own content, all intellectual property rights in the Services and this Website and its content are owned by or licensed to PadelLevels. Those works are protected by copyright laws worldwide. You have no intellectual property rights in or to the Services or this Website other than the right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
Any feedback you provide, and any resulting invention or improvement in the Services or this Website, will remain exclusively the property of PadelLevels.
PadelLevels will not use a club's or organisation's name, logo or branding in any way that misrepresents that club or organisation, or that is likely to bring them into disrepute. In return, clubs and organisations agree not to use the PadelLevels name, logo or Website in any way that misrepresents PadelLevels or that is likely to harm, misuse or bring into disrepute PadelLevels's name, image or reputation, or the reputation of padel generally.
We have the right to prevent or restrict your access to this Website and/or disable your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, are required to do so by law, or if your use may infringe third-party rights or subject us to liability.
PadelLevels's maximum liability to individual subscribers arising in connection with the Services is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in question. PadelLevels shall not be liable for: (i) any direct loss in excess of that amount; or (ii) any corruption to data or any indirect or consequential loss, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
As the Website is made available to clubs and organisations free of charge, PadelLevels's maximum aggregate liability under or in connection with its agreement with a club/organisation (whether in contract, tort including negligence or otherwise) is limited to £100 (one hundred Pounds Sterling). This is considered a fair and reasonable allocation of risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes PadelLevels's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. PadelLevels does not accept responsibility for team selections or other decisions made based on PadelLevels rankings. The Services are intended as a guide and indicator of form, not an absolute measure.
The content on this Website is provided for general information only and is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. We make no representations or warranties that the content is accurate, complete or up to date.
We highly value and protect your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how we collect, use and store personal data.
Personalisation is a core part of our Services. We use data relating to you, your use of the Services and information about similar users to personalise your experience, for example, to determine what to show in your feed, which competitions or events to recommend, and who to follow. You can also control which sort of posts you will receive in your settings.
PadelLevels implements and maintains appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data processed in connection with the Services against accidental, unauthorised or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or access. Full details of our data security practices are set out in our data security policy.
Clubs and organisations connecting to the PadelLevels platform are also expected to maintain appropriate security measures to protect any data they hold or process in connection with their use of the Services, and to ensure that access to such data is limited to authorised persons who need it.
Match results and related data submitted to PadelLevels may be shared with specified third-party partners, such as national or continental padel federations and software integration providers, where this is necessary to provide the Services. Such sharing will only be for compatible purposes and will be subject to appropriate data protection safeguards. We will not sell your data to third parties or share it for unrelated commercial purposes.
On termination of a club's or organisation's connection with PadelLevels, that club or organisation may request the return or deletion of any membership lists or personal data provided to PadelLevels specifically for the purposes of that relationship. PadelLevels will comply with any such request subject to: (a) its right to retain match results data in perpetuity to ensure historical availability and for the purposes of algorithmic integrity (see Intellectual Property Rights above); and (b) any legal or regulatory obligations requiring retention.
Any deletion of data will be confirmed in writing to the requesting organisation upon completion.
PadelLevels shall not have any liability for any delay or failure to deliver the Services to the extent that such delay or failure arises from causes beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) failure of electronic or mechanical equipment, communication line failures, third-party actions (including denial-of-service attacks), computer viruses, theft, operator errors, severe weather, acts of God, acts of regulatory or governmental authorities, war, riot, strike, lock-out, industrial disputes, or cancellation or postponement of events.
If such events mean you fail to receive a substantial element of the Services, PadelLevels may refund a fair proportion of any sums prepaid by you, as it decides acting reasonably.
No waiver by PadelLevels of any right or remedy shall be construed as a waiver of any other right or remedy, or of any subsequent breach of any provision of these Terms. Any waiver by PadelLevels must be given in writing.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the current Services prices and contact details on this Website, set out the whole agreement between you and PadelLevels. This agreement cannot be changed or terminated orally; no changes or amendments shall be binding until confirmed in writing by PadelLevels.
Each clause of these Terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full force and effect.
Even if PadelLevels delays in enforcing these Terms, it can still enforce them later. A delay in taking steps against you in respect of a breach does not mean that PadelLevels has waived its right to do so.
No person other than you or PadelLevels shall have any right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, except that clauses relating to liability and force majeure may be enforceable by PadelLevels. PadelLevels may transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another party or organisation; you may only transfer your rights with our written agreement.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and PadelLevels irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
